1. If it's up to me, no. I prefer to imagine them standard oviparous: the egg hatch and the little wasp-taur ( combined in this case between a canine and a giant wasp ) grow up as a cub.
2. Yep, my mistake. I corrected the texts. She is a hornet/wasp kind. I can work on the drone and queen types, I imagine the drone to be smaller and a bit furry and the queen bigger with a different pattern too.
