That is a chance, but I'm not to sure on how keen she is on dying. That is if that is the case, but based on actual cases of people's stomachs bursting, it is very slim chance of survival, especially with how big she is, so. I'd say give till she asks to be juiced, let her decide. But I'm fairly certain that she would rather not burst, judging by all the other drawings of her.
