Having not done something original in a while I decided to make a small thing based on a Comic strip that I saw on DeviantArt, and asked for the artist permission to use.
As for another piece of inspiration I got from this was that seeing all the times Spike either gets abused or just used as a joke for no reason got me thinking of something I like to call "The Bad Luck Cartoon Character", who is someone that for no real reason only exists to be having bad luck for others amusement. (Imagine "Rocky's Modern Life" and "Eek, the Cat!" as my main examples.)
So basically this story is putting Spike in a situation where his bad luck is a bit worse the usual to say the least.

(Story takes place back when Twilight and Spike still was pretty new to Ponyville.)
It wasn't always easy moving to another town and trying to set up your life again, but that was exactly how it is for the purple Unicorn Twilight Sparkle and her Baby Dragon assistant Spike.
They had recently become asked by Princess Celestia herself to move to this smaller village, as the Princess felt that Twilight needed some time to "Get some friends".
While not fully understanding the point of it Twilight had been trying her hardest to make her mentor figure proud, as she had managed to start up a friendship with 5 other female Ponies since getting here.
Having settled in at the local library building (That was a giant tree) Twilight and Spike had started to make themselves at home now, as the always very experiment heavy Unicorn was very eager to try and learn some new kind of magic.
After a bit of an "Incident" involving some mystical flowers growing near where a lonely Zebra was living Twilight had been very curious on the whole "Transformation" side of things, as she was trying to recreate the random effects of the flowers in some chemical drinks she was creating.
"Now all that is needed is to find some kind of test subject to drink one of them, and for me to take notes on what happens." Twilight said as she made her way outside to see if any of her friends would be willing to try.
Just when getting out of the door Twilight run into Applejack (The Orange Earth Pony that had it as her job to farm the giant Apple ranch, with her family.), who in return said that she was just dropping by to return a book she had borrowed.
"I'll tell you Twilight, this here "100 Knots for all kinds of farming." has really been very helpful for me back home." Applejack said as Twilight was quick to ask her if she would by any chance become her volunteer for her experiment.
"Sadly I can't become part of anything else right now, as there is a ton of shores left to be done back at the farm." Applejack explained as Twilight understood and respected what her friend was saying before heading away, and Applejack walking inside of the library.
Putting the book back onto the table Applejack noticed the tiny glasses with straws that Twilight had left out in the open, and given that it was a pretty hot summers day she simply figured it was the friendly librarian's way of sharing some sweet drinks for the heat.
"Well I don't mind one sip if I get to." Applejack said as she started to slurp up from one straw and could feel the interesting tasting liquid entering into her system.
"Strange...I wonder what kind of taste this is..." Applejack said as she started to feel a bit of a weird vibration all over herself, before then suddenly her whole body (And hat) got shrunken down into a bug size!
Having some serious flashbacks to that whole "Poison Joke" incident from the past Applejack then remembered that she was still in midair, as she started to fall at an alarming rate down towards the glasses!
Aiming to land soft Applejack ended up hitting right into one of the other samples Twilight had been setting up (Making sure to not end up swallowing anything of that one), and feeling like she should have known better then to just try drinking weird stuff that Twilight had left behind.
Being that the glass was only half-full Applejack at her current tiny size was not able to reach up to the very edge of the glass, leaving her just swimming around aimlessly in complete distress!
"Help! Is there anypony that can help me?!" Applejack shouted as she could hear the sound of some heavy steps being made (Being this small meant everything was sounding a lot louder then it actually was), before then seeing a very scaly figure making his way into the room.
Spike!
Whistling on a song to himself Spike had been spending the whole day having to move around all of Twilight's stuff, and he could really be going for a drink right now.
So when seeing the small drinks lined up the tiny Dragon looked around a bit if this was something Twilight made for him, before then saying "Don't mind if I do." to himself as he went straight towards the small drinks.
Picking a glass out of random Spike ended up taking the one with the shrunken Applejack swimming in it, as the miniscule Earth Pony was at first thinking she was saved before then quickly realizing what was really going on.
"Hey Spike! Stop! STOP!!!" Applejack shouted in fear as her tiny shouts was way to weak for Spike to hear, as the super thirsty Dragon was so eager to get some drinking that he didn't even waste time using the straw and just emptied it all in one go! (Even taking the straw with it down!)
Being swept away by the juicy flood she was swimming in Applejack could do nothing to prevent herself from the journey that was now awaiting her, as she went straight down Spike's musky throat and in a matter of seconds ending up into his belly.
Splashing around inside of the stomach chamber Applejack was more upset then anything else over how she had now become nothing more then Spike's meal, as Spike himself was just sitting down and licking his lips from the taste of his drink.
"Rotten Apples, Spike! When I get myself out of here and back to my normal size I'm gonna teach you a lesson!" Applejack was yelling out to herself as she was trying to just stay a float, before then noticing that half of her wish was coming true as she was starting to feel herself getting larger again!
Given how she had only been taking a small sip the effects of the magic drink seemed to have only lasted for about 5 minutes, as Applejack was finding herself growing at an alarming rate now, and the space of Spike's belly was starting to get more and more cramped!
Spike had also started to notice that there was something strange with what he had been drinking, as he started to feel like he had been eating a whole buffet of food, before then looking down at seeing to his horror how his belly was getting bigger by the second!
"Urgh! What did I drink there?...BURP!" Spike said as he started to feel a bit gassy from his belly working so crazy, as that growing bulge kept getting larger and larger crazy fast! (With Applejack getting less and less ability to move inside of him.)
Knowing that something was seriously wrong with him Spike tried to get up and run to call for Twilight for help, but he tripped over (Due to how heavy his front was now) and found himself pinned to the ground by his heavy gut.
Turns out that Spike's drink also had a bit of a magical power to it, as it had made his whole body a bit rubber like, giving him reason to allow his belly to get stretched out to still hold a fully grown Applejack as Spike was helplessly stuck to the floor.
"Twilight! Help!...BUUUUUUURRRRRPPPPP!!!!!" Spike shouted as he then let out a super big burp, as he could feel that whatever was inside of his belly it was something that seriously wanted to get out of there!
As luck would have it for Spike (And especially Applejack) Twilight Sparkle just so happen to be returning to her home, after having had the bad luck of not finding anyone willing to participate in her drinking experiments.
Upon seeing a super stuffed looking Spike with something living wiggling inside of his belly and a couple of the drinks looking touched, Twilight very quickly realized that something had been going horribly wrong!
"Spike! What the hay is going on?!" Twilight was asking in shock as a very muffled voice could be heard coming from inside Spike saying, "Twilight! You need to use your crazy magic skills to get me out of here!", as the very southern twang in the voice told her it was Applejack that was trap inside.
"Applejack?! But how did you even?...never mind. I must try to get you free first." Twilight said as she had to try and ignore all the questions she wanted to ask about how this was even possible, before then starting to concentrate on making a very special teleportation spell to get Applejack out of Spike.
Focusing it onto the pinned down Dragon on the floor Twilight's horn let out a very powerful looking magic blast, as Spike for a second first didn't know what had happen before then looking down and seeing that he was now resting on top of a very soaked looking Applejack.
"Obs! Sorry." Spike quickly said as he got off and Applejack could finally get up on her four legs again, with her hat looking a bit damaged from the stomach acids of Spike.
"I'm so sorry for letting all of this happen to you both! This was just a huge mistake, and I will make sure to get rid of it all now." Twilight very quickly told the two of them as she gathered all of the glasses to hover into the air with her magic, before then taking them all down into her basement.
All by themselves now Spike could see how Applejack was giving him some very upsetting looks as he very modestly tried to make them both get past the fact that he had been this close to have her ending up as his meal by saying, "Well...no hard feelings, right?" a bit nervously.
"No, of course not Spike. I didn't mind at all becoming your food basically." Applejack said in a very strangely normal sounding tone, making Spike very unsure on if she was actually serious in what she was saying or trying to act all ironic about it.
But before he had a chance to ask he saw how Applejack came diving down headfirst towards him, as she open up her mouth really widely, and stuffed Spike's head and shoulders into it, before then lifting him up from the ground!
Once up she gave one huge swallow that sent most of Spike through her system, before then sitting down and enjoying his little tail still twitching outside of her mouth before then swallowing that one up also.
"Let's see how fun you will think it is having to now be trapped in a belly, Spike!" Applejack said as she got herself back onto all four, and started to make her way out of Twilight's home now when the roles was reversed.
Being of such smaller size compared to her, Spike was naturally fitting in perfectly inside of the Earth Pony's stomach, as he wasn't going to be suddenly expanding in size randomly.
Letting out a bit of a victory burp over having managed to survive at all odds Applejack smiled and said to her wiggling hanging belly "Guess this makes us even now.", as all poor Spike could do was to just ask himself how he had managed to put himself in yet another fine mess like this?

Poor Spike, he definitely didn't deserve that, between having AJ expand in his belly add then being revenge swallowed by her, I just hope he's able to get out, after all it was an accident :p

"Twilight, you need to use your crazy magic to get me out of here!" Hahaha, that is something I can definitely here Applejack saying, especially in a time where she hadn't known her for that long.
Although, AJ, if you're going to get revenge on someone, it should have been Twilight. Afterall, Spike did nothing wrong and it's her fault you got into this mess :P
