I was "de-sensitizing" Pudding one day using a towel, so that any vet visits or whatever would be less stressful for all involved. She quite liked hiding in this towel, but she wasn't too sure at the same time. This is jsut one of a handful of shots I caught of Pudding peeking out of her hide-out. She looks particularly innocent in this one so I wanted to show you :D
She's so lovely <3

:D What bird do u have ?? Pudding isnt that happy about towels but I read it's good to get them used to being around and in them incase of vets or restraint, cuz she would seriously bite your fingers off XD haha Also I read small parrots enjoy having hiding places, so I got her a little igloo I hang from her cage roof and she loves it. Every ngiht she goes and puts herself to bed lol it's funny. She pops her head in and out sometimes and stares at me and blows a raspberry :P

That is him.
He is an amazon Yellow nape and it much bigger now XD
I need to take new pics of him. He doesn't like going to the vet, but he does love to be in the car so its odd XD and he doesn't really like to hide under things that much but he LOVE to like lean against stuff. Like by his perch there is a hanging toy that he like cuddles up to every night and falls asleep.

Awwwww omg he's soooooooo smart looking! I love the green ;o; aww he's beautiful. What a handsome little chap XD
How old is he ?? I havent had my Parrot long, I can't remember exactly when I got her (isn't that rubbish lol) but its probably been 6 or 7 months now. She is a funny thing. She doesnt really snuggle up to me or her toys, she's quite feisty instead. She preens my hair and wants to nibble my face a lot but she's never snuggles. But saying that, I've started snuggling her cheek with my nose a bit to see what she does, she seems to tolerate it at the moment. I would love to show her more affection cuz I think she'd really enjoy it. But it's hard when she's a bit edgey. She's not the most trusting bird I've ever met.

X3 we have freezing climate here, so my mom and I have always wrapped our cockatiel in a towel and cuddled her (well..him, she's a guy) after giving her a bath/shower. she loves the bath, HATES THE TOWEL. XD but she always feels so good afterwards, so she tolerates it. :3
pudding is just too cute... I love her pretty colors. X3 hope to see more of your birdies!

Awwwwwww I really miss my little Tiel :<
Pudding isnt fond of showers :s I offered her water and she hates the idea of bathing. I also spray her to keep her preening herself but she runs away!!! :s I don't know if someone might have mistreated her with a spray before hmm. She really doesn' like it much.
Your tiel sounds lovely ;o; aww.
And Pudding is a funny little thing, but I find her very pretty. I love her little face and it makes me melt sometimes and smile at her which I think she' likes. I am still sort of learning tings about her as I go. :)

Wow, she's a really beautiful bird, I really like the colouration and shape of her beak What kind of bird is she? I'd like to know, cause I might just get a bird one day, but I'd have figure out which ones I like the most, and pick one out of them, so it'd be really helpful to know what kind of birds I'm looking for. Cx
She's quite an uncommon type of medium parrot I think, she is a Brown Headed Parrot. Rather unglorious name :P But she's a very sweet little thing. She's my first medium parrot, and I find her a bit overwhelming at times and she's a bit noisy! Parrots are noisy anyway but she's naughty :P She's very affectionate and likes me a lot, she gets seperation anxiety beause she has been shifted around different homes and people haven't been the kindest to her really so I can't blame her at all.
If you ever do get a parrot I'd definately recommend starting with soemthing fairly small and controllable, as they really have a mind of their own and can be quite stubborn and nasty when they want to be. You do eventually learn your bird's behaviour quite well through trial and error and know when it's better that you elave them to their own devices or you'll get bitten :P
I've heard Lorries are nice small birds to start with and also, one of my favourite larger parakeets is the Kakariki. They are so so friendly, tameable to the max and very lovable. They're such little mischiefs as well :P
Anyway enough rambling by me XD!! Thanks so so so much for commenting, I'll tell her someone new thinks she's beautiful and I am sure it'll go right to her head! XD

Oh, yeah I know how bratty parrots can be sometimes... My fiance has a parrot that looks similar to yours, except his head is black/gray, not brown, his beak is also black, and his eyes are a poisonous yellow colour. Otherwise he looks very similar to your pretty birdy, he might be the same kind of parrot since males and females tend to look a bit different from eachother most of the time, but I'm not really sure. His name is Harley cuz my fiance's mom named him after the motorcycles she likes so much. I really think he might be a little schizophrenic, cuz sometimes he'll let me pet his head, and sometimes he'll try to attack me at ninja speeds through his cage while I'm walking by. I love him to death anyways, though, cuz he's so cute and makes the cutest little noises and does this adorable little thing when he yawns! I do know he likes me though, cuz he'll actually let me pet him, and let me feed him food through the cage, normally if he doesn't like them, he'll just rip the food from their fingers and through it onto the floor of his cage like a spoiled brat! xDDD
I'll be pretty sure to look into those suggestions you've made because I've never seen those kind of birds before, though there names sound really interesting.
Lol, hopefully that won't cause you too much of a problem! Sorry, I kinda ended up rambling alot too. Hopefully you'll fing it interesting anyway! xD
