Yes folks, I learned something new on this page--how to render extensive rampant wetness. All those raindrops, runs and drips are drawn in by hand on multiple layers, and then shaded/ highlighted one at a time. I think one of evilartnazi's tutorials came in handy here, although I won't say the results were the same--most of this moisture is still in the air :D.
