daz bug people project
a personal project of mine. i have learned a lot about geo-grafts and rigidity groups and i am confident enough that i can make a certian ant-mantis in daz...but i am not going sto stop there. multiple heads, tails feet, colors etc. so you won't just be limited to one character

Now that the 10-hour days are seemingly done, I may try and get back into Blender. I'll have to start with learning the basics again. I'm just afraid to start Blender again because every time I do, I do overtime.
I'm curious as to how you dod the arms. Just copied the mesh parts or were they separate arms?

went into edit mode and selected one arm.
shift-D then ctrl-P and use the separate by selection feature. move the new are down and back a bit then use a mirror modifier
now since this will be a geo-graft (addon body part for the daz genisis 8 figure) i took a section from her side/back and did the same thing as for the arm. joinigng the swatch or polygons up with the new arm so i can have a section that will properly line up with the geo-grafting tools in DAZ
