I'd say I've probably done more than ten, but there's no denying that I vastly prefer the smut.

I more mean clean stuff in general, really. I feel like raw visual artistic appeal isn't really my strong suit, and that my work falls a bit flat without the sexy stuff to hold it up.

Nonsense. You do good work, regardless of the subject matter. Being smutty doesn't make the art better, being good art makes the smut better.

Haha, thanks! And I think a fair amount of people would agree with you, for which I am eternally grateful. I guess it's just not what I see when I look at my own stuff. I worry people will see this and think I'm digging for compliments here so I want to be clear that I don't think what I do is awful by any means, I just feel like my strengths lie elsewhere. I feel like I do a pretty solid job with expression and body language, and setting up scenes that focus on these things instead of super closeup shots of the nasty stuff, for example. But in terms of pure "oooh, pretty", I personally feel like I've got a little ways to go still. I'm hoping I'll get there if I keep hammering away at it though. :P

Good job! I had some concern with the smile on the sketch, but I'm glad we didn't get stuck in the "something I can't put my finger on is off, let's tweak it until it goes away" trap. It turned out just fine with color and tone.
