Approximately three weeks ago I went into day surgery to have two large growths removed from my leg. This resulted in some deep stitching and being pretty much hobbled for two weeks, at least until the stitches came out last week. Everything is fine again and my leg has some pretty neat scarring as it heals now.
This picture is a purely hypothetical piece depicting how some people think I should have waited out those two weeks of stitches, being mittened up and set up like some cute child to be cared for and pampered, especially since I could barely walk for that time. I mean sure, Terry should have his hands mittened so he doesn't touch the dressings, and those booties keep his feet warm, and the diaper means he doesn't have to try to run to the bathroom. And he looks cute in that flowery pink top for certain.
But it's all imaginary and hypothetical, mind you! This in no way actually happened.
Except in many heads.
