I wonder if Benjamin and Rick had regarded Valerie as a suspect in a case they were following, perhaps thinking that they could flirt with her and charm her into giving up some information, though she was actually quite innocent and somewhat offended by their impression of her as being that sort of lady. They were quite handsome raccoons though and she wasn't entirely immune to their charms so she played along, getting that to come back to her place. Her own charms worked on them quite well and if they thought she was that kind of lady she was quite good with bondage as she'd prove in a little while. First though she got them to relax, put their feet up and she made them a nice cup of tea each with a little something in it that soon sent them into a deep slumber. They woke up a little later to find themselves a little tied up and there she was with a peacock feather, rather displeased they'd be so ungentlemanly as to sniff around in a ladies romantic affairs and so as punishment she'll tickle their soles with a peacock feather until she's really sure they've learnt their lesson and for as long as it amuses her....so they'll be there quite a while.
