Wielder Feral Reference Sheet 2018
NAME: Wielder
SPECIES: Wolf (half North American Gray Wolf, half Eastern Timber Wolf)
GENDER: Female
AGE: age range can be from 3-5 as seen here
PHYSICAL TRAITS: When it comes to body type, Wielder takes more after her Gray Wolf mother than she does her Eastern Timber Wolf father. She is in between the size of a northern coyote and a gray wolf, weighing around 80 pounds and being around the size of a female German Shepherd dog. Her body type is average but with strong back legs, a long and flowing tail (courtesy of the coyote lineage from her father's side) and large paws. Her coat for most of the year is medium length and dense but with long fur on her cheek roughs, her cape, and elbows. Her ears are larger than those of most Gray Wolves, harkening back to her Eastern Timber Wolf (therefore coyote) heritage.
PERSONALITY: Brash, irreverent, stubborn, and courageous, but tends to keep to herself for the most part. Wielder has a quick temper and a strong sense of justice and right and wrong. She has a strong sense of pride as well and this can come off as arrogance to those who she is not well known to or when she is sure of something. Character flaws include her pride when it becomes overwhelming, a mercurial temper, not being a "team player", being somewhat quick to rush to judgment, and finding it hard to set down "roots" anywhere. Still, if one manages to get through that thick, protective facade of hers, she can become a steadfastly loyal friend. Wielder is also gentle and protective of those she loves and cares for. Unlike most wolves, Wielder has spent much of her life living as a dog and is therefore fairly street savvy and gifted with the kind of common sense growing up on the streets results in. Quick of wit and sharp of tongue, she can come off either as charming or offensive.
Updated feral ref of Wielder. Done with copic markers, micron inks, and white gel pen. Edited in Photoshop.
