Bio: This big X was born out of a strange patrol spill based on a strange crystaline substants, one that a stray puffen and shark were unlucky enough to get caught in. Merged together, both souls now travers the seas together, looking for trouble.
Abilities: Can turn into oil liquid, shape shifting, and squirt oil from his mouth.
