Technically, this could actually be considered canon. It is stated that Cream was raised rather strictly by Vanilla so as to uphold good manners, so this could have been included in such rigid discipline. I don't personally agree with spanking minors, but not only does this actually fit rather well with the Sonic continuity, but... well, it's a commission, some fucker just wanted to see this happen, and it has. So no point in complaining, really, especially when you've done such a good job on it, Box. ^^
