Say, Ive been reading your comic, and I was wondering about the setting, region, and ethnicity of Seth. I saw the word amazon in the comment of the first page. At first, I missed reading that first part, and I thought they were in egypt. But then I saw the temple and it shouted aztec or mexician. I guess my question is where does the comic take place?
yeah the temple ranges more of an aztec/mayan kinda civilization. Ever watch the show Gargoyles? they had one episode at a temple in the rainforest. Kinda like that i just stuck my temple in the jungles around the amazon to account for the area being buried and completely flooded now.
I actually tried to look for some history in brazilian or aztec myths of vampires, all I found was a blood sucking snake and female skeletal faced spirits. Still to have a western-ish vampire, most likely one that dosen't have the regular attributes and weaknesses of the european vampire, in the myths of brazil is original.
