I'm curious, does this staff have any special properties (apart from the cosmetic effects, though, they so look cool) like does it act as a casting focus/catalyst, does the staff allow the wilder to do extraordinary things, does it fall under the category of egoed items IE Black Razor?

The staff was originally cosmetic; but I've decided it will most definitely have 'magical' properties!

As Luu himself is the "Winter Moon Lion"; his abilities are projected into his staff as he himself has a difficult time containing the power behind his magic.


so in essence, the staff was created with magical items but is more of a magical projector for the user :33


Luu's abilities range from ice/snow/water to even air and light castings. I haven't fully decided what his enchantments/magical powers are but that's the basics of him :33
