Time to introduce another obscure cartoon character... I took Nancy from Saban's animated Oliver Twist cartoon where some (not all) of the characters are anthro animals.
This is pretty much what Nancy looks like in the series too. I later updated her face and let her tail show (which is non-visible in the cartoon series).
She's one of my fav. femmes, and will feature on many of my pics!
