Funny thing, when I worked for the call center, one of calls I got was dealing with someone who had apparently purchased half a dozen brand new phones in their sleep. Turns out a store rep who was going to be fired anyway used a customers info to buy 6 top of the line (at the time) phones online and had them sent to himself.
We're a Canadian company, with a lot of US customers....that deal in some rather sensitive products.
Calls from the US State department that start with, "You're located near Buffalo, right?" and "what part of New York State are you in?" never end well. "Please tell us you're in Vermont. Please?"
