Been sitting in my files for awhile uwu

It's been sooo long since I'm drawn a pin up of my water Dragoness character, Shira. I felt it was high time I have her some spotlight again~
I forgot how fun it is to draw her <3

Normally I'm not very savvy with backgrounds and water effects but I found myself getting real into it as I went, and the end result turned out to be not so bad ^^. Gave me a chance to experiment alot
