I found a more accurate short brown fur and made a more accurate design. I'll be furring a xweetok head base, likely this fall, so wanted to get a head start with the other parts. I like working with 1/2" fur on the face and hands.
The character is McCoy, named after my old xweetok, CptMcCoy (and my new replacement CaptMcCoy). I intend to dress like my virtual xweetok when I wear him at cons. I'm excited to see who recognizes the species.
