The waters are calmer the later the year goes on. With that, this kirlia sits by the waters, soaking in the sun, and legs deep in the waves, while a flock of wingulls flies up overhead.
Water practice. Really wanted to get better at drawing water, so that was this picture's main focus. Went in on the detail, and I chose a beach setting since it has a lot of water in it. And, some experimentation on wet clothing, with kirlia's skirt becoming transparent. Whether that makes any sense or not is not to my understanding. ^-^
No speedpaint with this one, cuz reasons.
