Dry Bowser is still Bowser in the end... his feet will always be ticklish. First time I ever seen a Dry Bowser tickle pic you sure did him well. Of course I like how the live Bowser is being tickled tortured as well. Of course Mario would save Bowser because there were times they assisted one another such as Bowser helping him and Luigi get to the Beanbean Kingdom and of course, through assisting inside Bowser's body, they saved the Mushroom Kingdom though Bowser was the one who destroyed the main antagonist of Bowser's Inside Story. That game was the very first time they marked Bowser as the main protagonist because most of the game revolves around him.
