Got this lovely girl yesterday evening.

She is designed and drawn here by  Eberry. I found her the other day while I was perusing through pokemon characters and saw that no one had claimed her so I was twiddling my thumbs the whole time I had to wait for my money to hit the bank.

I love her already. ^^

She's a Cotton Candy Red panda, as described in the OP. I don't have much personality written down yet because I'm hopeful that can evolve through her art.
