He has very strong telekinetic powers. While he claims to use them for the good of his people sometimes what he considers "good" is not quite so. He is happy enough to use his powers to kill if he believes he is justified to do so.

Could he use his telekinesis to change someones form upon request? Telekinesis has a lot of physiological as well as physical properties.
