Short/stiffish bristled flat brush, dip, hold in fist, and a good, hard, slow flick of the thumb down the bristles :3
Shielding wherever you dont want splatters with your other hand or a piece of paper.

Those tiny black splotches against the pink/purple makes it have this really retro feeling, I dig it! <3

Although I'm not sure about the way you've peaked her shoulders, I do always love the leanness and flow of the way you draw canids. Kudos, and thank you for the beauty.

I love how the blue watercolor looks with the white fur-very natural. Seriously though, you make purple fur look so natural.
I love the background colors too, they go so well but look like they wouldn't in a way.
