I tend to take something home with me as a reminder of a con. In this case especially it's a Folkmanis Sky Dragon puppet.
I have gotten a bit of a name for puppetteering with my Folkmanis gryphon, and over time collected a few of their puppets. I.e. the great horned owl, a phoenix, some other owls and a ragdoll cat.
So far only my gryphon has developed a personality, but the dragon is looking great and I'll try my best with him. Or her? xp Who knows. Anyway my grumpy gryphon needs someone for balance.
Folkmanis is one of the few american companies that impress me with their imagination and love for detail.
