He looks like he is very envious. Just by his face at least.

Very impressive and creepy. But also awesome!

I designed him after how envy feels like.
Eye sockets reveal his hollow body, representing his empty nature, a skinny, seemingly malnourished body representing hating and neglecting oneself and oneself's talents... General demonic look representing the sin of envy (and he's an Infernal, of course, even if he's from a vastly foreign universe).
His empty eye sockets and the eyeballs in the claws on his wings suggests he ripped his own eyes out, out of the pain of envy, not wanting to see anything anymore so he won't feel envious anymore, but obviously failing...
Not to mention his expression always shows suffering.

And intended to be creepy, so, yay~ ^w^
