I've been meaning to do an update on this guy for months. Here's the latest pic of my fursona, the striped lion Cobalt Kitty.

As he was redesigned over the years, Cobalt's hair has grown out along with mine. However, I've taken an exception for this latest drawing by letting him keep it, even though I chopped mine off back in March. (His looks better than mine ever did.) Other than that, his design is almost the same.

A few elements of his design are symbolic, such as the black memorial stripes added after my cat's passing. I tried giving him horns in this latest piece to represent the two college degrees I've earned (one just recently), though I didn't think they added to his aesthetic appeal so I erased them.

And for those who are way too curious, the doodle in the sketch pad is the new Catomix logo. http://www.catomix.com
