This giftart is for  Virus-20 and in this one, Stallion Star studies the laws of the land like many superheroes do. I mentioned this part because I have seen a Private Snafu cartoon called Snafuperman, it's where Snafu has made a big mistake in doing superhero activities without a field manual and much brain-work. Yes viewers, Stallion Star is studying law. In case he's going to Hollywood and he'll meet the writers and artists and musicians in the future, He has to study copyright laws and see which character, story, movie, music and cartoon is a copyrighted work of which owner. He also needs to understand how companies can ask congress to extend the copyright for their works also, this is a reference to the 1976 extension called the Mickey Mouse act.
