The Queen bee has regained consciousness and flying away it looks like she hasn't sustained any lasting harm, and with this being witnessed by the centaurs they would no longer have reason to punish the huskies so harshly. Given the terror the huskies went through with Macha's magic going awry it could be argued that they've suffered enough punishment, likely will just want to get out of here and never bother the centaurs again so with their bindings almost loose perhaps they could be allowed to escape. On the other hand they might manage to get free of the ropes and be in the midst of fleeing when they get tripped by a pair of boas and the serpents might proceed to deliver their favourite form of punishment.
Macha hopefully will be as creative with her explanations as she is with her magic and artistic abilities, otherwise I imagine she might be on the receiving end of her fellow centaurs judgment and they might even blame her for deliberately setting free prisoners and causing wanton mayhem through careless use of dangerous magic.
