When he is extremely angry his face will get extremely hot and eventually burst into flames. once it goes out his skull will be exposed and his nose will be puffing smoke (as well as his hair being replaced with flames). It takes a while for his face and hair return to normal (about 2 weeks) but once he's calmed the flames will disappear (until he gets angry again)
