So on the left is when Izzy first 'arrived', bursting up out of York due to a shot from the Irony Gun in the superteam's battle with BadMerlin. York's costume wasn't really made to accommodate sudden extra heads... also he had a Robin-style mask which he always thought was intensely stupid (but secretly cool.)

In the middle, when Izzy first came into being, York had to brush his teeth for him for a while, and used his left hand. But York's dominant hand is actually the right, and Izzy wound up getting used to the left, so now they brush their teeth with the opposite hands.

Right picture, when you're a good big brother it means you have to help out when your little brother scratches their snoot and needs a bandage. Don't cry Izzy!
