HEAD

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head fits well, though with any head of its type it requires a little bit of a push to get it on. The ventilation is serviceable with an open mouth. It seems to be lined with a fabric similar to Balaclava, though since I wear a balaclava underneath I've never had to worry about how the lining absorbs sweat. The vision works but due to how the head must be positioned it can begin to hurt the neck after a while.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The head looks wonderful from the outside. The dripping chocolate effect that was managed to be obtained looks wonderful. The shaving is even and the shortness of the fur both feels soft and makes grooming a breeze. All details match the character design. Horns have maintained shape. Eyes are follow-me.

HANDS AND FEET

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Hands and paws are comfortable. Both allow for good movement and stay on the body. One foot is a bit hard to get on. Durability is slightly dubious, specifically at the seams between the shoe and the foam base where the foot goes in. The seam between the fur and the EVA foam at the bottom of the fur is a bit worrisome, only looks to be attached with hot glue. EVA foam of foot has started to crack a bit with use.

Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The physical appearance of both hands and feet is excellent. 5 fingered gloves are different from the concept art but when creating the gloves and that point was reached I was messaged by the suit maker and asked what I'd prefer.

TAILS

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
Tail fits wonderfully and is comfortable, but heavy (though, expectedly so). No part has fallen off the tail or torn. There is no padding in the tail. Tail has a foam core.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The tail curves slightly to the right down its length, though the suit maker notified me of this oddity and I okayed it as otherwise the tail would have to be entirely remade. The fur is very soft and sleek, and the material choices and colors of everything on the tail are excellent.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
All parts of the costume connect wonderfully and feel like a full set. All parts are sized accordingly. The suit was exactly how I hoped it would look given the maker's other projects, especially considering this was their first dragon fursuit.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
As simple as going to the "Get a Quote" section on their web page and filling out a Google Form.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Extremely satisfied, response times were never more than 16-24 hours on the maker's work days (listed on their page). Conversation started and continued through email.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
The maker was professional and extremely pleasant to work with, informing me on every step of the process or question i had, as well as coming to me if there were any questions that needed answering. On top of that, they have a Trello work queue that they updated on the daily, so that progress updates could be obtained even without messaging/being messaged by the artist.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
My goal was to have the suit before VancouFur 2017, a goal that was accepted by the maker and successfully met. The maker specified the ability to complete the suit in time before any money had been sent, and delivered on that promise. The suit was shipped and arrived with next day shipping.


Are you happy with the product you received?
I think the suit was well worth the price I paid for it. Though the suit has had some early onset wear-and tear problems, for the cost it it a very well made suit with love and care put into every ounce of it.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
If there were one thing I'd recommend this suit maker on more than anything, it'd be communication. Getting active communication and notification of process through one venue or the other throughout the entirety of the process was a wonderful experience, and between that and the suit maker's friendly but professional attitude, I'd recommend them to anyone.
