Well they somewhat gain a few more pounds, and they reach cult size (slightly bigger than average bodybuilder) and their muscles are formed to make sure that their body can produce strength (bodybuilders aren't really strong - they're actually weak due to dehydration and other stuff :P), and their cells are improved.
