A commission I took while visiting New Orleans! I had so much fun visiting family an meeting new friends.
For this one, I was asked to help design a new character. My client had a few things in mind, but a lot of this was free reign (heh heh) He wanted a vocaloid inspired design and I went wild with it. ^^
