Do you have a non-photo blue pencil, or similar? If so, you might try sketching with that then going over with the HB. You should be able to lay down the overall forms and figure out what isn't balanced. Since this figure is symmetrical, the wrists, the forehead emblem, and eye angles should be even, but they aren't. You can't commit your bold lines when you don't have your proportions right.

honestly all i have is mechanical pencils. Don't really have anything else to use. I don't draw at all.

That's fine. Just stay as light as you can until you're done figuring out exactly where the bold lines go.
