Actually, she is the one who is served by the helper bots.

I believe she can move and attach limbs if need be. ^_^

Rain's body is referred to as a "Vase Chassis" in her world. The bottom vase portion has organic modeling, but is completely rigid and cannot move. She only has movement from the neck up. As she is right now, she is quite stationary. She isn't bothered by it though.

If she wants arms and legs she can have her VI servants help her put on a mobility frame. She can also remote control a completely separate body if she wants. She just needs to keep that body within the aura range of her soul.

The reason for this body setup is that it is low maintenance. If she breaks a servo in her leg she just switches to a different mobility frame and continues about her day. The broken frame gets sent off for repairs.
