You Can:
-Color/edit/etc the base as much as you want
-Color/edit the base for friends (for free, do NOT make money off these bases)
-alter the species
-post your colored bases (with credit)

oh geez, that's new to me xX I just checked it and it seems to be working, so it may just be deviantart being dumb (it's 404'd me randomly at times before) but if it keeps acting up i can likely email or telegram you the base file instead! Sorry it's so difficult though ;A;
