Douglas the Dodo (collaboration)
After seeing some of my puppets, my mum wanted to have a go at creating one. So we worked together to bring this guy to life! I sculpted his head, and she made the body and did all the details. His head is sculpted from foam with a vinyl beak and fleece face, and the body is made from fleece and faux fur fabrics. He works like a regular hand puppet, and his goggles are just an old pair that seem to fit him perfectly!
