what started as a normal patrol for stretch was now a very odd yet familiar situation that he was finding himself in more and more frequently.

stretch usually travels around town by swinging on his elongated arm, however in this instance he had slipped his hand on something while reaching out and missed his mark. Wouldn't have been to bad if he hadn't landed ass first on a fire hydrant, luckily... or rather unluckily, stretchs powers saved him from any real pain, however something was wrong with this hydrant as it suddenly, and rapidly, start to spray its water into him! stretch barely had to to react before his rear had swollen up with gallons of water and made it very difficult for him to stand up off the hydrant, numerous attempts were met with lots and lots of jiggles and sloshes. embarrassed, stretch accepted his new predicament as the water quickly and rapidly ballooned his stomach and upper half up, loud "Ga-lunk" noises were heard from his body as the sudden burst of water settled into him. meanwhile, someone stretch knew very well was watching with glee, cakel had been close by when this incident had occurred and jumped at the sound of loud sloshing and moaning, only to be met with his boyfriend in full hero garb, swollen and wobbling with his ass to fat to get off of the hydrant that was blowing him up so huge. Cakel of course did nothing yet as he just wanted to watch... however someone could easily mistake him for the culprit of this incident...
