Still do actually. Just never really have a reason to use them. I decided long ago to give Ru some pyrokenetic powers... not because I was trying to make him powerful or anything, obviously they rarely come into play. Mostly just because I think fire is cool and that it would make for an occasional neat picture. x3

i too was going through his gallery and stumbled apon this. just a month after you. i find it interesting how artists change over time.

I really miss these days...

He's certainly a lot more sleek and feminine and attractive in this version than he currently is. There's no denying it's a lot more appealing to look at- the problem with that is, those are qualities that don't in any way describe me. The new Ru might be a lot less pretty, but he's also a lot more me. Honestly I think it works a lot better with the omnipresent dominant attitude he seems to have, anyway.
