ah! I understand. I bought my laptop with my college grants, that is the only reason I am online so much myself. but you might want to ask your dad before just downloading it, though it doesn't really slow down the computer unless it loads when the computer starts. hopefully you will get a computer of your own soon, eh? ^^

you can read most of the manga. the translators are not professionals so they aren't perfect, but most of the mistakes are for the earlier chapters. the skypia arc starts around chapter 225 (approximately) and Jyabura appears in the water 7/CP9 arc, which starts around the 323rd chapter. hope you enjoy! ^w^
