This one reminds me so much of the bleach universe.. In that universe there are creatures called hollows and masks like that form on their face and the main protagonist of the series get's super op whenever that happens and later, learns to control it. I really like your use of lighting here, it comes a more sinister feel, just as the lighting is primarily only coming from above and it makes a nice contrast between the darkness and light. Also the dynamics of the pose are eye catching and make good use of the picture space.

I loved Bleach xD it kinda lost me after Hueco Mundo but up till then I was so enamoured with the powers and forms and such
