When Mori´rai is having one of his "seizures" His body becomes completely drained of energy in the process.
So right now, he is in a mixed stage between, when you have slept in, and after a person has had an epileptic fit.
So he is very tired this morning!

Indeed! I certainly wouldn't bounce-back that quickly anymore, good thing yinglets normally have a lot of energy!
