This was originally going to be something for one of those age comparison meme things, but I didn't feel like working on it hardcore.

Honestly, I do better describing in descriptions about my past.

So um...

Little Nikame represents my time of being 3-6 years old. I as always a very shy and quite child that hardly ever smiled. Not only that, but I always confused for being a boy because of having short hair. (suitable to depict this with Nikame since turtles have flat chests anyway XD) So you can imagine how that kind of messed me up. To be fair - I was bullied for a lot of things as a kid (like my large birthmark on my left hand and the fact that as a kid I was chubby). I was such a cry baby. ...then again I still kind of am a crybaby at times.

Then of course the older version represents the current status. I'll admit I have my downs in my life, but my many ups in my life overpower the downs. I smile more, I'm a bit more open especially with all of the friendships I have and , I only sometimes get confused for as a dude (Don't ask. I don't get it either). I'm still an emotional person, but for different reasons. I'm still a big girl, but I'm losing weight for myself and not to mention I've had times where I try not to hate how I look.

So yeah. If anything this was therapeutic for me when it came to drawing the child one especially. It made me think of the horrible things back then, and then compare to how much better of a person I have become.
