Welp, people who were making comparisons to those pen-looking things from Men in Black weren't completely wrong. XD
There was one person who asked what would happen if this happened to Sam and Simon, and the short answer would be they aren't affected; hopefully, I can elaborate further, later in the comic, but needless to say, they won't really be affected outside of forgetting what they had for dinner last night. :I
