Im a bit troubled by this myself - only because in the way our Western culture has pervaded (and some would say, perverted) its way into yours.

It's true no one is forcing you to eat this; but on the same token, I've found Thai food to not only be more healthier, but also more expressive.

Not to mention that Thailand itself has different regions, and different subcultures that have different methods of cooking.

Thank you Chris. My roots has always been spices and lots of meat. Like a lot of meat. Back in Java where my mom was born, she gets to have naturally grown chicken which are larger than commercial chicken. And it was raised properly at her neighbours farm.
