Explorer's note:
"They live in large cities, where their skyscrapers rise up to the sky from the underlying forests. This one calls himself "The mechanist", and as far as we could understand, it's not his name, albeit it's unclear whether the concept of a name is known to them. He was pretty intimidating up close, but turned out a rather nice person when the contact was established."

Scientist's note:
"This discovery is a first and spectacular proof of panspermy, in other words, a theory suggesting that the seeds of life are being distributed between star systems by the means of comets and other celestial bodies. The specimen bears a striking resemblance to reptiles, although it is more akin to the birds, being warm-blooded and very intelligent. Their civilisation and technology are a marvel by itself and will need further investigation."
