A reference for my beautiful dragon babe, Raine! I've been toying with the idea of making her feet and snout a darker blue, but I'm not 100% on it so this is the ref for the time being. I like the idea of it being a gradient into the tealish base color she has going on but I need to experiment some more.

Anyways, I DID misspell Bio-luminescent. I had already flattened the image by the time I realized. Shhh!
