I didn't want to leave spartat as just a head drawing so I decided to do the entire body now. He doesn't have wings since he can levitate whenever he wants. The marking on his head to the end of his tail ALWAYS changes it's shape. It can sometimes just be a wavy marking or look like the way it does now. The only celestial dragon that is that small but he's quite strong in his element. He enjoys playing with other dragons.
