At first it was supposed to be a Macross picture (as you see from the Veritech pilot style outfit), but due to some reference problems (for a customized unit) we changed it into a Battletech picture. Even if looks good, i still feel a lil sorry for three reasons: The probable perspective mismatch between the character and the mech (even if the character isn't really on ground with the mech behind), the "empty" space on the bottom right side, and because i pratically copyed the mech from the reference, even if i did some smaller customizations here and there.
Beside this, i like how it looks like in anything else, specially the character and the mech color combinations, and i even think the shadings came better than other times, yes, maybe i just felt sorry for nothing after all ^^

I dunnow my tonnage, i just say to have a deep feeling for the BushWacker since Mechwarrior 3, and i'm been able to edit it and upgrade every parameter without any loss of performance X3X3X3
Myself, i don't like much Jumpjets, i prefer electronic countermeasures like the AMS ;)

AMS is handy against small missile swarms, but has issues when you dump 40 LRMs downrange. Jumpjets let you get behind things, or get up on top of things when needed.
Bushwhacker's not bad, 65 tons, and basically one of the first inner sphere omni designs, but I'm still more of a man for the good old Timber Wolf or Warhawk. If I have to go IS, then I'll roll out the Stalker.

True too, indeed sometimes i think if i should have to remove the AMS and upgrade the armor or the speed instead, but one thing i noticed about getting behind thigs is, better to don't do that, things are more handy as hideouts (<3 buildings for that) instead, but everyone has it's own "tastes" ^^
Btw, bushwacker isn't my only one, i like the Daishi very much too, but i don't use it often because is a lil "cheated" machine, it cuts off a limb with a shot, that's too easy in my opinion (and my personal Daishi even KILLS in one shot, not joking !)

Yes, you told me to LOVE this picture Mike, and i'll never thank you enough for this, you know about :):):)
Still saying is one of the best pictures you have, this is a great honor for me, one more point for the wolfy thanks to you ;) :D:D !!!
And yes you told me that too X3X3X3

Aweswome art.
There is never enough Classic Battletech fanart around anymore. Please do more if you ever desire to because you do it well.
I don't think perspective is important when your doing this kind of "character" showcase as much as it is showing a good image of the pilot and his unit but nonetheless a nice piece.

Thanks ^^
Indeed i'm planning one more battletech art, so you and some others will be pleased to see it if i'll really finish it ;) :D:D
Well, for the tecnical part, just understand that some artists, when "grow up" have to do less errors as possible, perspective is one thing which even if is hard, is still important ^^

Yeah I can understand wanting to do something right even if its not necessary
maybe its more of a global thing than if you wanted to to it as a portrait style. Perhaps something like looking at the scale of the character may have made it better but otherwise Ive said what I can not being an artist myself.

The Rhino is a BEAST when you load it propperly. If so inclined, one can fit 6 Clan LRM's onto the frame, and about 60 missiles for each rack. Add in an Active Probe launcher, and you've got a long range missile sniper.
If you REALLY want to get creative, strip the Rhino of *ALL* armor plate that isn't necessary to shave weight. Load Rhino with MASC(Speed booster) and Short Range weapons. You now have a large, fast, heavily armed hit-and-run monster. >:3
