Yesss. Con commission prices are usually higher than online prices, because so many commissions need to be squeezed into such a small time frame. I can only speak for myself but I know that online I charge $50 for colored commissions, but I won't charge less than $75 at a con for a full colored piece.

$40 for just a sketch, however, is pretty pricey.

well getting a commission irl is soo much better than getting it online two which you get a real actual drawing and not some jpeg so yeah it would be higher.

My point exactly. Plus OL commissions, the artist has a lot more TIME to turn out a quality product. In cons, most artists give themselves less than 18 hours, as opposed to a week or two OL.
